What do I do if my water bill is higher than normal?

If you receive a water bill that is higher than normal, the first step is to check to see if the dial on your meter is turning. Click on the "customer service" link on our homepage for a picture of a water meter. If no water is on inside your house the dial should be still. If it is turning that is an indication that water is going through the meter which would mean you have a leak.
